FRANCISCO D'SOUZA is Cognizant's President and Chief Executive Officer. Francisco joined Cognizant when the company was founded in 1994, and was previously Chief Operating Officer. He has held numerous positions within the company, including roles in marketing, strategic planning and new business development in Europe, the U.S. and India, and was included on Institutional Investor's list of America's best CEOs in 2009, 2010 and 2011. Francisco serves on the Board of Trustees of Carnegie Mellon University and the Board of Trustees of The New York Hall of Science, which honored him with its Distinguished Leadership Award. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of East Asia and his M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
MALCOLM FRANK
MALCOLM FRANK is Cognizant's Senior Vice President of Strategy and Marketing. Malcolm focuses on Cognizant's brand, driving business through the company's business units and overseeing Cognizant's corporate strategy, including its Future of Work initiative. He has authored articles in several leading industry publications, is the subject of a Harvard Business School case study on management and leadership, and was named one of the 100 Most Influential People in Finance in 2005 by Treasury & Risk magazine. Malcolm earned a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
DR. JEAN-FRANÇOIS RISCHARD
DR. JEAN-FRANÇOIS RISCHARD was the first European Vice President of the World Bank and writer of the bestselling book High Noon: 20 Global Problems, 20 Years to Solve Them!. His speeches and published work cover how countries can and do rethink their future in more ambitious, mindset-changing ways – using scores of detailed examples from Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Chile, Korea, Malaysia and the U.S. He has doctoral degrees in law and economics and earned an M.B.A. at the Harvard School of Business.

DON TAPSCOTT is among the world's leading authorities on innovation, technology and society, and an acclaimed author of 14 best-selling business books. His latest book, Macrowikinomics: Rebooting Business and the World, co-authored by Anthony D. Williams (2010), is the follow-up to Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything (2006). Don was founder and chairman of the international think tank New Paradigm before its acquisition by nGenera Insights (now Moxie Software). He is Adjunct Professor of Management, Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. He holds a B.Sc. in psychology and statistics, an M.Ed. specializing in research methodology, and three honorary Doctor of Law degrees from the University of Alberta in 2001, Trent University in 2006 and McMaster University in 2010.
SANJIV GOSSAIN
SANJIV GOSSAIN is Senior Vice President and Head of UK & Ireland for Cognizant Technology Solutions. In this capacity Sanjiv manages Cognizant's growing business United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland. He and his team are responsible for all client relationships, sales, and operations. Sanjiv has over 20 years experience in the IT consulting industry having worked both as an entrepreneur and as a leader in large systems integration firms. Sanjiv has worked with numerous blue-chip clients in North America and in Europe, especially in Capital Markets, Banking, Communications, and Life Sciences. Sanjiv brings with him a deep understanding of technology supporting strong business acumen. Sanjiv is the author of a book, "Object Modelling and Design Strategies: Tips and Techniques", (Cambridge University Press, 1998) and has published over 40 industry articles and has presented at numerous conferences and industry events. Sanjiv earned advanced degrees from the University of Essex in England, including a PhD in Object-Oriented Development and Reuse, a master's degree in Telecommunications and Information Systems, and a bachelor's degree in Electronic Systems Engineering. He is a member of the Association of Computing Machinery, the British Computer Society, and is a Chartered IT Professional.
SIR STEVE REDGRAVE
As one of an elite group of only five athletes in history to have achieved five gold medals in consecutive Olympic Games, SIR STEVE REDGRAVE is without doubt Britain's greatest Olympian and indeed one of the greatest Olympians the world has ever seen. Sir Steve played an integral role in the successful London 2012 Olympic bid. Not only did he play a key role convincing the UK government and the Mayor of London to back the bid, but he was also Chairman of the Bid's Athlete Advisory Group. CARLO RATTI
An architect and engineer by training, CARLO RATTI practices in Italy and teaches at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he directs the Senseable City Lab. He graduated from the Politecnico di Torino and the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, and later earned his MPhil and PhD at the University of Cambridge, UK. Ratti has co-authored over 200 publications and holds several patents. His work has been exhibited worldwide at venues such as the Venice Biennale, the Design Museum Barcelona, the Science Museum in London, GAFTA in San Francisco and The Museum of Modern Art in New York. His Digital Water Pavilion at the 2008 World Expo was hailed by Time Magazine as one of the Best Inventions of the Year.
In June 2007 the Italian Minister of Culture named Carlo Ratti as a member of the Italian Design Council — advisory board to the Italian Government that includes 25 leaders of design in Italy. He was also named 2009 Inaugural Innovator in Residence by the Queensland Government, included in Esquire Magazine's '2008 Best & Brightest' list and in Thames&Hudson's selection of '60 innovators' shaping our creative future. In 2010 Blueprint Magazine selected him as one of the '25 People Who Will Change the World of Design' and Forbes listed him as one of the 'Names You Need To Know' in 2011. He was recently a presenter at TED 2011 and is serving as a member of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council for Urban Management.
CATHY TORNBOHM
CATHY TORNBOHM is a Gartner vice president responsible for business process outsourcing (BPO) research. She specializes in BPO for administrative purposes, including human resources, finance and accounting, and procurement. Her research includes analysis of end-user requirements, BPO companies' market offerings and market sizing of BPO adoption.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Tornbohm provided strategic market and competitive analysis for BT's Systems Integration division, BT Syntegra, as well as for Cable & Wireless, where she specialized in the transportation sector.
Cathy holds an M.S. in Marketing and Product Management from Cranfield University and a B.S. in Industrial Business Systems from De Montfort University.
